What makes you different from your competition (other exterior remodeling installers)?
We have been in the industry for over 40 years and are knowledgeable from every aspect of remodeling. Wetrained more than 1,000 sales representatives in various products, with the most advanced technology. At Property Solutions Plus, you are working directly with the best of the best. We listen to your needs and tailor products that best suit you and your family. We have removed the “I” and promote “we” because, together, we will find the most efficient product that fits the result you are targeting.
What are some signs that it’s time to replace a roof, siding, and windows?
First and foremost, the age of the product. If the product is over 15 years old, it is time to consider a replacement.
Specifically in regards to windows and siding, some immediate signs are:
- Peeling and / or cracking. You can check this yourself by walking around your house and
inspecting for deterioration of wood around the windows or siding. - Gutters hanging on by a thread (gutters have loosened since the initial install and appear to
be loosely attached). - Windows that are hard to open and / or unable to open.
- Fog in between the layers of glass.
Specifically in regards to roofing, some immediate signs are:
- Missing shingles.
- Streaking along the roof top.
- Curling of shingles.
- Water stains on the interior ceiling.
- Temperature of the home’s interior is extremely hot in the summer time (strong indication that there is a potential roof 1 entilation issue).
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured, and have been since 1990. We pride ourselves in having the ability to offer homeowners a full range of knowledge. We are also a licensed real estate broker, which is invaluable if your end goal is to sell your home. This array of offerings is unique in this industry, as we are a one-stop shop. We are not only able to increase your home value by renovating it, but also able to assist you in finding a buyer.
Do you pull permits?
Property Solutions Plus pulls all required permits on every project. We pride ourselves on doing things the right way, the first time.
We always have four levels of inspection on each installation: you, our CEO, our Vice President of Installation, and the City’s building officials.
Once we place our order, how long do we have to wait to get it installed?
The lead time varies from project to project and is contingent on the manufacturer’s product availability. When we take your order, we will give you a forecasted installation date range. We will be in regular communication with you to give you status updates on your forecasted installation date range. We realize some work is emergency in nature and, as such, we have the capability and staff to get emergency products installed within a 24-hour time frame.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Unlike most companies, we carry a double warranty. Our first warranty is a lifetime warranty on the product itself, as we only use products and systems that manufacturers’ endorse. In addition, we will also give you a lifetime warranty on the installation.
Does your company offer financing?
Yes, we have various finance options. We even have a ‘no prepayment penalty clause’, which means you can pay it off early with no penalty. There are no liens placed on your property with financing. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks as payment.
What is your clean-up process?
We pride ourselves on a long-lasting impression that does not end once we install our products. Our technicians will make sure your property is left in pristine condition. We have a cleaning specialist do a final walk through after the dumpster is removed to ensure all excess materials are cleaned up.
